Product Designer

Beacon Software is seeking an experienced Product Designer to enhance user experiences across multiple B2B SaaS products within our diverse portfolio. As a profitable Series B+ firm, we specialize in acquiring and growing essential businesses, supported by top-tier investors and industry leaders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our rapid growth trajectory in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will own the end-to-end design processes for various B2B SaaS products, contributing to or establishing unified design systems that support our portfolio. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating personas, journey maps, and UX flows, as well as designing wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and polished UI components. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to translate business needs into user-centric solutions, applying systems thinking to build scalable design patterns across different products.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing work on complex B2B SaaS applications. A strong user-centered design approach, experience in research and validation, and the ability to transition from discovery to polished visual design are crucial. Proficiency in Figma, Tailwind CSS, and other modern design tools and systems is required, along with experience in both startup environments and enterprise-grade design standards.
