Product Designer

Beacon Software is seeking an experienced Product Designer to enhance user experiences across multiple B2B SaaS products within our diverse portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and company leaders to define product visions, design intuitive interfaces, and improve user workflows. As a hands-on, cross-functional position, it is ideal for a senior designer who seamlessly blends UX and UI thinking, understands B2B product challenges, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end design processes for various B2B SaaS products, contributing to or establishing a unified design system that supports our product portfolio, conducting user research to create personas, journey maps, and UX flows, designing wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and polished UI components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into user-centric solutions, and applying systems thinking to build scalable design patterns across different products.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing work on complex B2B SaaS applications. A strong user-centered design approach with experience in research and validation is essential, along with the ability to move from discovery to polished visual design with ease. Proficiency in Figma, Tailwind CSS, and other modern design tools and systems is required, as well as experience with both startup pace and enterprise-grade design standards.
