Celonis is seeking a Product Lead to oversee a team within the Business Apps division, focusing on developing solutions for Front Office domains such as Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Commerce. This role involves creating purpose-built applications that address significant business challenges, showcasing innovative uses of the Celonis platform. The team combines technical expertise with a strong customer-centric approach to deliver widely adopted products.

The Product Lead will define the product strategy and roadmap for the Front Office domain, aligning with the broader Business Apps strategy. Responsibilities include collaborating with customers to identify pain points, particularly in Procurement and related areas, and guiding the product development lifecycle from ideation to scaling solutions across the customer base. The role also involves leveraging the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to develop innovative solutions, working with platform product managers and engineers to influence feature development, and partnering with the UX team to define user experiences. Additionally, the Product Lead will ensure alignment across key organizational functions, including Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Value Engineering, and Sales.

Candidates should have over eight years of experience in operational Front Office functions such as Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce, or in roles like Solution Engineering or Enterprise CX Software. A deep understanding of Front Office solutions, including CRM, Sales and Service Automation Software, Marketing and Commerce Platforms, Communication Software Systems, or Customer Experience Platforms, is essential. Comprehensive knowledge of the CX market and industry trends, strong expertise in product development and go-to-market strategies, and a proven track record in developing and launching successful products are required. The role also demands experience in product marketing, messaging, and positioning, the ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, excellent stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
