A deep understanding of Front Office Solutions, including CRM, Sales and Service Automation Software, Marketing and Commerce Platforms, and Customer Experience Platforms, is essential. Strong expertise in product development, go-to-market strategies, product marketing, and team leadership is also required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in German is a plus.
