Product Manager, OSE
The Product Manager, OSE at AirTrunk is a pivotal role within the Technology team, reporting directly to the Director of Product Development – OSE. This position is based in Singapore and focuses on driving the strategic direction for the development of Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE) in alignment with the company's key business goals. AirTrunk is a leading technology company dedicated to scaling and sustaining the digital growth of the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions by delivering hyperscale data centres for the world's most transformational companies.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Senior Product Development Managers to examine existing OSE technologies, working with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and equipment vendors to maintain and enhance AirTrunk's current portfolio of data centre OSE. The role also involves researching and exploring the addition of new products to the OSE categories and collaborating with the master planning and design teams to future-proof AirTrunk's product offerings, ensuring they meet customer requirements in a functional and innovative manner.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong analytical skills to explore data and develop engineering solutions, with 5-8+ years of experience within infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, or data centre design and operations. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is preferred. The candidate should be willing to make decisions and be accountable for them, possess the ability to monitor technical, logistical, and economic implications of equipment procurement (CAPEX and OPEX), and coordinate and manage external suppliers to ensure they provide technical solutions that meet requirements in a fast-paced industry. Experience in multiple APAC countries is desirable, along with strong communication and presentation abilities, cognitive and problem-solving skills, and a high level of drive and motivation. The role requires willingness and ability to travel to APAC and other regions as needed.
