The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and executing strategies to mitigate risks, prevent fraud, and enhance trust across Chime's products and services. The Product Manager will define key metrics for measuring risk reduction, manage product roadmaps, and prioritize projects that improve account security and transactional integrity. Day-to-day, the role involves conducting risk assessments, collaborating with technical and operational teams to implement new safety features, and responding to emergent threats in real time.

Candidates are expected to have a strong background in product management with experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, risk management, or security. Essential skills include data-driven decision making, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with FinTech regulations and industry best practices is highly desirable, alongside strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
