Product Marketing Manager - 6 month contract
SmartRecruiters is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Marketing Manager for a 6-month contract to cover an upcoming maternity leave. This role is pivotal in connecting our innovative B2B enterprise SaaS solutions to the customers who need them most. For the right fit, this contract has the potential to transition into a longer-term contract or a full-time role.
The Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategies, partnering closely with the Product team to develop and execute high-priority product launch plans from concept to post-launch analysis. Responsibilities include creating compelling sales enablement resources such as decks, one-pagers, and web content that clearly articulate the company's value proposition and key differentiators. Additionally, the role involves conducting deep market and buyer persona research to inform strategic segmentation, targeting, and messaging that drives product adoption.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven product marketing experience within B2B enterprise SaaS. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives and company value propositions. The role requires agility and tech-savviness, with the ability to quickly learn new, complex technologies and a comfort level with leveraging AI tools to scale efforts and increase speed. A history of successfully launching complex products that deliver significant business results is also important.
