Product Operations Account Manager
The Product Operations Account Manager at Figure plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between initial sales and long-term client success. This position is integral to the client experience, overseeing technical implementation and maintaining ongoing relationship health for Figure's PM + Connect and DART + Non-LOS asset platforms. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Capital Markets, and Product teams to ensure clients fully realize the value of Figure's lending and asset management technology.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end client and partner onboarding, encompassing user management, roles, permissions, and self-service setup. The role involves leading product walkthroughs, workflow training, and transaction education, as well as creating necessary onboarding documents and training materials. Additionally, the manager handles technical provisioning, such as API key distribution and access configuration, and serves as the primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing inbound requests and recurring issues. The position also entails triaging and resolving bugs, supporting the Sales and Capital Markets team during demos and technical Q&A sessions, and overseeing the structured handoff from sales to implementation.
Candidates should possess 4–7 years of professional experience in technical account management, implementation, or customer success, preferably within FinTech, Lending, or SaaS industries. Proven experience in handling technical onboardings, including API key management and troubleshooting technical workflows, is essential. A track record of managing post-sale relationships and conducting business reviews for institutional or enterprise clients is highly valued. An understanding of mortgage or lending lifecycles, asset management, or structured finance is a significant plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $148,350 per year, with a 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly. Company equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) is also offered.
