Product Operations II
Axon is seeking a Product Operations II professional to lead the readiness and early market entry of TASER products across Europe. This role involves translating the needs of European public safety agencies into actionable inputs for product and operational plans, ensuring successful product launches and in-market support. The position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a hybrid work schedule requiring in-person collaboration from Tuesday through Friday.
Key responsibilities include leading regional readiness for new TASER products, maintaining deep technical expertise on current and upcoming products, and representing European market realities in product planning and forecasts. The role also involves bridging sales and product teams by aligning external promises with internal capabilities, engaging in tenders and RFPs to shape requirements and response strategies, and developing scalable processes and tools for consistent execution of trials and readiness activities.
Candidates should have over four years of experience in product management or product operations, with direct customer engagement and the ability to translate field needs into product outcomes. Proven autonomy in complex, cross-functional environments and strong relationships with senior stakeholders are essential. Experience with hardware products and connected ecosystems is preferred. Key skills include customer-first operations, technical fluency, structured execution, clear communication, relationship building, and adaptability. The role requires flexibility for international travel, approximately 30-35% of the time.
