Product Specialist

Accela is seeking a Product Specialist to support the integration of SamIS capabilities into the ElementsXS6 (EXS6) Asset Management platform. This role involves providing subject matter expertise in capital planning and asset management to enhance the platform's functionality.

The Product Specialist will lead scenario planning and forecasting, ensuring accurate projections based on asset condition, time, and budget constraints. Responsibilities include developing asset and pavement management features, such as condition indexing and budget allocation, and supporting AI-driven forecasting and budgeting tools. The role also involves conducting quality assurance testing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in government, public works, or utilities, with deep expertise in capital planning and asset management. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable product solutions are essential.

The annual base salary for this full-time position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
