Senior Financial Analyst
As a Senior Financial Analyst at Accela, you will play a pivotal role in providing analytical insights into the company's performance across multiple functions. This position involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as developing and maintaining financial models to enhance forecast accuracy. Additionally, you will own and maintain the finance forecasting system to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes within the company.
Key responsibilities include designing and refining detailed financial models to forecast and analyze functional costs, leading monthly close processes from a Corporate FP&A perspective, and preparing monthly and quarterly management reports. You will also identify and communicate key performance metrics, build relationships with cross-functional teams to integrate updates related to budget variances, and support executive management with timely ad hoc reporting on critical issues. A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday Adaptive, preferably in an administrative capacity, and possess strong financial modeling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and a self-starting attitude are essential. A strong analytical focus with business modeling and forecasting experience is also required. Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Power BI is highly desirable.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 to $120,000, with the actual salary offered depending on factors such as location, education, skills, training, and experience.
