The role involves traveling to customer sites to consult on deployment tasks, install and configure Axon products, and provide technical training tailored to customer needs. Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, particularly data protection and privacy standards, is also a critical aspect of the position.

Proficiency in German is required, with additional European languages considered a plus. A strong understanding of IT and networking concepts, including Microsoft operating systems, SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure, APIs, and network administration, is essential. Experience in SaaS and hardware/software companies, particularly in areas like mobile device management, digital video, body-worn cameras, and digital evidence management systems, is highly desirable. The role also requires excellent troubleshooting skills, experience in providing demonstrations and training, and the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
