Professional Services Manager, Fleet
The Professional Services Manager, Fleet at Axon is a post-sale, customer-facing role responsible for deploying network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon's Fleet products. This position requires a professional attitude with a strong focus on ensuring a seamless implementation experience for customers.
Key responsibilities include identifying and implementing solutions with minimal assistance, assisting clients in monitoring software implementation lifecycles, conducting training sessions for technical contacts and end users, creating accurate network diagrams, coordinating and executing field commissioning tests, delivering detailed project deployment reports, engaging with technology decision-makers, escalating product issues to Product Managers, synchronizing the operation of Axon products within Fleet solutions, and troubleshooting applications, computers, networks, and products.
Required qualifications include the ability to perform job functions from any location with minimal oversight, physical capability to stand, bend, and lift tools up to 75 lbs., flexibility to take on additional projects and adapt to changing priorities, aptitude to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment, and a desire to work with a team or visit clients in person weekly. Additionally, candidates should have 3+ years of advanced computer network implementation experience, basic understanding of 12-volt DC circuit theory, Cradlepoint router or equivalent configuration knowledge, familiarity with data transfer concepts, and experience deploying products in IP-based Ethernet networks. A valid driver's license is required and must be maintained throughout employment.
