Professional Services Manager II, Enterprise (Seattle Hiring Event)
As a Professional Services Manager II at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in both pre-sale and post-sale activities, ensuring the seamless adoption and implementation of Axon's cutting-edge products and solutions. This position is based in Seattle, Washington, and requires up to 75% travel to customer locations domestically. You will collaborate with technology decision-makers and program managers to enhance workflows, efficiencies, and training capabilities through Axon's digital evidence management systems, body-worn cameras, and professional services packages.
Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with corporate leaders, technology decision-makers, and program managers to provide consulting, test and evaluations, and deployment needs assessments. You will plan, coordinate, and execute program implementations for Axon's product suite, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of hardware and software solutions. Additionally, you will oversee large and complex deployments, ensuring that project scope is clearly defined, timelines are met, and all stakeholder communications are managed effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience, along with extensive experience in project management, including coordination and resource tracking. Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program is essential. A strong understanding of software and hardware implementation, particularly in SaaS environments, is required. Proficiency in Smartsheets or similar project management tools is also necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure projects, define milestones, and align stakeholders, are crucial. The role requires the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while effectively collaborating across various teams. A willingness to travel throughout North America, with potential for international travel, is also expected.
