Program Strategy & Execution Director
The Program Strategy & Execution Director at Cohere Health is responsible for overseeing the success of key capabilities within the company's platform. This role involves defining strategic priorities, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable value to health plan clients. The director will collaborate closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Clinical Programs, Operations, and Customer Experience to bring new capabilities to market and continuously enhance their performance.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end program delivery for customer accounts from contract signature through implementation and ongoing success. The director will own the performance of a platform capability, including adoption, operational performance, and value delivered to clients. This role also involves leading cross-functional execution, coordinating with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into product priorities, and partnering with Customer Experience to incorporate client feedback into platform improvements.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in program management, product management, consulting, or implementation leadership within healthcare, software, or technology-enabled services. Strong technical aptitude is essential, including the ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand systems and data flows. Additionally, candidates should possess strong business and customer-facing skills, such as executive communication and stakeholder management, and have experience in healthcare or regulated enterprise environments.
Cohere Health offers a fully remote opportunity with approximately 25% travel. The compensation package includes a salary range of $160,000 to $180,000 annually, along with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401K retirement plan with company match, flexible spending and health savings accounts, flexible time off, company holidays, up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave, and pet insurance.
