Project & Growth Manager – Central & Eastern Europe

The Project & Growth Manager for Central & Eastern Europe at Axon is a pivotal role focused on accelerating the company's expansion in key regional markets. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales Programs & Partnerships, this position is based in Bulgaria and is integral to Axon's mission of protecting life through innovative public safety solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance win rates and speed-to-revenue by addressing factors such as pricing, compliance, sustainability in tenders, direct awards, and EU funding. The role involves translating market insights into actionable country and segment plans, ensuring alignment across internal teams to scale priority opportunities. Additionally, the manager will oversee lead qualification, maintain pipeline health, and provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to improve decision-making.

Candidates should possess experience in strategy, sales operations, commercial programs, partnerships, or revenue operations. The role requires the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced global environment, strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, and a detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven approach. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages strongly preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills are essential to drive alignment without direct authority.
