Project Manager, Finance PMO
Anduril Industries is seeking a Project Manager to join its Finance PMO team in Costa Mesa, California. This role involves managing strategic initiatives across the Finance & Accounting organization, focusing on system implementations, process improvements, and special projects that align with the company's objectives. The Finance PMO team collaborates extensively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive these initiatives forward.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of select projects within the Finance portfolio, including project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation. Key duties include establishing and managing project reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into timelines, milestones, project health, risks, and anticipated outcomes. The role also requires collaboration with Finance & Accounting stakeholders, as well as cross-functional coordination with Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Additionally, the Project Manager will execute adoption and change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions when systems or processes change.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within finance or technology sectors. A strong understanding of Finance & Accounting practices and systems is essential, along with advanced skills in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are required to convey complex information effectively. A proven track record of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment and experience with financial systems and reporting tools (such as ERP, EPM, BI tools) are also necessary. Due to access requirements to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities, candidates must be U.S. Persons.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $98,000 to $130,000 annually, with actual offers varying based on factors such as work experience, education, and critical skills.
