Typical daily activities include managing call queues, updating records, and escalating complex cases as necessary.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role, preferably working in a call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential. Knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes is highly valued, and proficiency with productivity software and case management tools is important.
