The Public Safety Engagement Lead, Executive Customer Engagement at Axon is responsible for coordinating and executing executive-level engagement activities with senior leaders across police, defense, and government agencies internationally. This role focuses on operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and internal alignment to strengthen Axon's relationships with public safety leaders and support the adoption of Axon's ecosystem, including TASER devices, body-worn cameras, digital evidence management, and cloud-based solutions.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing executive engagements, preparing briefing materials, maintaining accurate records of engagements, coordinating with internal teams, organizing executive roundtables and high-level meetings, tracking engagement outcomes, supporting external advisors, representing Axon at selected events, monitoring public safety developments, and contributing to internal reporting and insights related to executive engagement activities.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in executive engagement support, government relations, program coordination, or senior stakeholder management, preferably within police, defense, government, or public sector organizations. Strong organizational and coordination skills, professional written and verbal communication abilities, discretion when handling sensitive information, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools are essential. The role requires the ability to operate effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones, with a proactive and detail-oriented working style. Willingness to travel internationally up to 40–50% is also required.
