R&D Recruiter
Axon is seeking an R&D Recruiter to join its Global Talent Acquisition team in London, England. This role involves full-cycle recruitment efforts targeting experienced corporate candidates who align with Axon's mission to Protect Life. The recruiter will guide both candidates and hiring teams through the hiring process, partnering effectively with various stakeholders. The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring in-person collaboration from Tuesday through Friday, with remote work on Mondays.
Key responsibilities include managing the full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage, supporting hiring partners with recruiting strategies, and developing talent pipelines for future needs. The recruiter will utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to identify candidates, provide data insights to influence recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Additionally, the role involves driving and executing on diversity, equity, and inclusion search strategies by proactively sourcing diverse talent and fostering an inclusive recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years as a full-cycle recruiter. Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting is advantageous. The role requires demonstrated experience in sourcing and building strong candidate pipelines, managing high-volume requisitions, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for diversity and inclusion, and excellent organizational abilities are essential.
