R&D Werkstudent, Kassel

Axon is seeking a motivated Werkstudent to join our Research and Development team in Kassel, Germany. This part-time role offers an opportunity to contribute 20 hours per week to innovative engineering and technology projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking company dedicated to protecting life through advanced safety solutions.

In this position, you will assist in developing and optimizing technical solutions, collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project completion, support technical documentation and troubleshooting efforts, contribute to research and implementation of new tools or methods, and participate in team meetings to provide input on technical challenges and opportunities.

The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. You should possess technical proficiency in your area of study, a basic understanding of software development or engineering principles, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and the capacity to work onsite in Kassel with flexibility for occasional remote tasks.
