Radio Frequency Technician
Anduril Industries is seeking a Radio Frequency Technician to join our team in Costa Mesa, California. The Radio Frequency Technician will be responsible for conducting signal-of-interest testing and configuring devices, particularly focusing on drone technologies. Key duties include performing signal characterizations, setting up and analyzing test experiments, collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues, and maintaining test equipment. Additionally, the role involves updating test systems to enhance automation and consistency, as well as documenting test plans and user manuals.
Candidates must hold an FAA Part 107 certification and have familiarity with Mission Planner and Q Ground Control, along with experience using Pixhawk or other flight controllers. Previous experience in signal-of-interest testing and device configuration as a drone expert is essential. Preferred qualifications include active engagement in the COTS DJI and Radio Control (RC) communities, proficiency in executing test experiments, strong troubleshooting skills in a production environment, and experience with automation and updating test systems.
The salary range for this position is $86,000 to $114,000 USD annually.
