The position involves ensuring the fleet's maintenance and preparedness, as well as participating in T&E events both in Atlanta and at various field test sites.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with operations partners, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure the RC surrogate fleet's readiness and accountability. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of RC flight experience on fixed-wing aircraft, along with maintenance operations experience. A BA/BS degree is preferred. Required certifications include FAA Part 107, with FAA Part 61 ground school completion being advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong communication skills. U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled data, and the role involves up to 50% travel.

The company provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost to employees, generous time-off policies, family planning and parenting support, mental health resources, professional development reimbursement, commuter benefits, and retirement savings plans. Relocation assistance is available depending on role eligibility.
