Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor)

Anduril Industries is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor) to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to handle all aspects of interview scheduling and logistics. Responsibilities include coordinating complex interview schedules, assisting candidates with travel arrangements, updating candidate records in our applicant tracking system, and identifying opportunities to enhance the recruitment process. Ensuring an excellent candidate experience is a primary focus of this role.

Candidates should have experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar recruiting role within a fast-paced, growing company. A candidate-first mentality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude with a growth mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are also required. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, and scheduling tools like ModernLoop is preferred.

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25 to $37.50, depending on experience and qualifications.
