Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university and possess at least three years of proven experience as a Collection Operation Manager or in an equivalent position. Strong organizational and leadership abilities are essential, along with outstanding communication and people management skills. A solid understanding of data analysis and performance metrics is required. Experience in managing consumer lending products, such as credit cards, personal loans, motorcycle loans, or consumer durables loans, or experience in a multi-finance company, is preferred.
