Regional Sales Director - Florida
Garner Health is seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our Revenue team, focusing on the Florida market. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence within the 500-5,000 life segment, working closely with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers to deliver our innovative healthcare solutions. As part of a mission-driven company, the Regional Sales Director will contribute to transforming the healthcare economy by guiding employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care.
The Regional Sales Director will own revenue responsibilities for Garner's offerings, specifically targeting the 500-5,000 life segment. Key duties include expanding and maintaining advisor partnerships, developing infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipelines, and collaborating with other Regional Directors and Sales Account Executives in the Florida market to build broker relationships. The territory within Florida will be assigned based on broker house assignments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role, with a strong preference for those with health insurance experience. Established broker relationships within the Florida market are highly desirable. Candidates should be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving startup environment, possess strong presentation and communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to improving the healthcare system. A high-performing, mission-driven mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability is essential.
The target salary range for this position, inclusive of base and commission, is $300,000 to $325,000 annually. This role is also eligible for commission and participation in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, and Teladoc Health services.
