Garner Health is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive sales for our fully and self-insured products within the 500-5,000 life segment. This role focuses on managing relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers to expand our market presence. Garner Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to transforming the healthcare economy by delivering high-quality and affordable care for all.

The Regional Sales Director will own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s employer product, focusing on the 500-5,000 life segment. Key duties include continuing and expanding on Garner’s advisor partnerships and driving new business within the assigned geographical territory. The role requires developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and foster long-term client relationships.

Candidates should have experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role, with a strong preference for those with health insurance experience. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to present and communicate value propositions effectively to external stakeholders. A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment and contribute to improving the healthcare system is essential.

The target salary range for this position, inclusive of base and commission, is $300,000 - $325,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity incentives and competitive benefits, including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, and Teladoc Health services.
