As a Regional Sales Manager for the Public Sector in Brazil at Axon, you will be responsible for selling Axon's products and services to large and complex law enforcement and public safety agencies. This role involves managing and growing revenue and market share within designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon's strategic objectives. You will report to the Country Director, Brazil, and the position is remote with travel expectations exceeding 40%.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining client relationships to drive revenue growth, executing account strategies in collaboration with the account team, and ensuring effective service delivery to accounts. You will focus on understanding the customer's business and workflows, developing a proper contact network within accounts, and supporting the execution of strategy at the account level. Additionally, you will oversee all account activities, provide customer product training as necessary, and be accountable for individual expense budget management.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Portuguese and English, with the ability to travel up to 70%. You should have an extensive demonstrable track record in software sales, particularly in SaaS or cloud solutions, and experience in relationship or consultative selling. The role requires the ability to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings, data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM, and an understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies. Being a team player who collaborates regularly with various team members is essential. Startup experience and experience in law enforcement or public safety are considered a plus.
