This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building relationships with key decision-makers. The position is remote, allowing flexibility while focusing on federal sales.

Key responsibilities include developing capture strategies, orchestrating solution implementations, conducting high-level conversations with senior executives, and leading competitive assessments. The role also involves managing customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and expansion.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of full-cycle, complex field sales experience, with at least two years selling into the Department of Defense. Exceptional performance in the U.S. defense industry or government sector, experience integrating products with Video Management Systems, and a proven track record of exceeding quotas are essential. The ability to travel up to 50% is required.
