Research Operations Manager

NinjaTrader is seeking a Research Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency and capacity of its research team. The Research Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining research processes and ensuring adherence to company standards.

The primary responsibilities include designing efficient research workflows, evaluating current operations, and building repeatable systems to reduce friction. The role also involves ensuring research practices comply with regulatory and internal standards, managing a customer research panel, and overseeing day-to-day research logistics such as study setup and monitoring.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in research operations, panel management, or market research project management. A proven track record of establishing research operations functions, strong organizational and project management skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams are essential. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also required.
