Revenue Operations Manager
Garner Health is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join its Revenue team, reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Operations. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth strategy by optimizing commercial processes and supporting data-driven decision-making within the Sales and Account Management organization.
The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for owning, monitoring, and evaluating key workflows related to sales, account management, and customer success. They will develop logical frameworks to address individual and thematic issues, manage ad-hoc data analyses to support revenue strategies, and serve as the primary escalation point for revenue team-related issues. Additionally, the role involves integrating people, processes, and systems strategies to drive revenue objectives and establishing key performance metrics to measure the performance of the revenue organization.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity, or more than 5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM strategy roles, preferably within high-growth startups. An MBA or STEM-related advanced degree is preferred, with a business or STEM undergraduate degree required. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau are essential. The candidate should also have experience designing and implementing scalable processes and workflows related to GTM, sales, and marketing, along with strong executive presence and communication skills.
Garner Health offers a competitive compensation package, with a total salary range of $135,000 to $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
