Revenue Systems and Analytics Analyst (Hybrid)
The Revenue Systems and Analytics Analyst will collaborate closely with leadership in the Sales and Operations teams to ensure the business needs of our International sales teams are met and all sales processes are optimized. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of our global sales operations.
Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable processes to support the International sales teams, managing prospecting lists, overseeing sales-related process and system improvements, and coordinating with various departments to establish documentation and training for users on systems and processes. Additionally, the analyst will work alongside the Salesforce Configuration Team or third-party consultants for advanced Salesforce development and participate in other projects as needed within the Operations Department.
Candidates should possess a BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent working experience, proficiency with Salesforce, and experience with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management and organization abilities, and strong analytical skills, including mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting and data analysis, are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, work autonomously, and a desire to improve processes are also important. A Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is a plus.
