Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and xAI safety standards. You will oversee the inventory of safety supplies, restocking as needed to maintain adequate resources for emergency response and daily operations. Additionally, you will perform manual sound and air quality assessments to ensure a healthy work environment, document findings, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Providing immediate first aid care to employees and coordinating with external medical services as needed will also be part of your duties. Upholding and enforcing site-specific safety plans, policies, and protocols, and conducting training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness are essential aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess an OSHA 30 certification and demonstrate proficiency in Google Suite applications, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive, and Calendar. Familiarity with incident investigation and root cause analysis to prevent future safety incidents, as well as experience with safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) or environmental monitoring tools, will be beneficial. Strong communication skills to deliver safety training and collaborate with cross-functional teams are also preferred.
