Your day-to-day activities will include ensuring the successful implementation of programs with partners, coordinating with senior operational teams to gather insights on sales and market competition, and monitoring the daily activities of field teams. Additionally, you will assist in training and refreshing field teams, both offline and online, and conduct regular reviews with partners to ensure alignment and performance.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in any field or possesses at least five years of experience as a sales manager in the smartphone and electronics retail industry. A strong network within the retail industry is essential. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights are crucial.
