The SDR operates in a fully on-site capacity at the Houston office, collaborating closely with team members to expand Compass's market presence.

Key responsibilities include generating new business opportunities to build the sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts. The SDR conducts outreach to prospective agents via cold calls, emails, and integrated marketing campaigns, articulating Compass's value proposition and handling objections to create qualified opportunities. Additionally, the role involves working closely with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders to develop successful prospecting strategies, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and driving engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have at least two years of relevant experience, such as in sales development, customer success, direct sales, or account management. Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to solve complex problems independently. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively lead client meetings and presentations. The role demands high organizational abilities to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and a proven track record of excellence in strategic and operational responsibilities.

The base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with potential bonuses and restricted stock units as part of the compensation package.
