Compass is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Strategic Growth Partner) to join our Strategic Growth team in Fort Worth, Texas. This team is pivotal to our market expansion efforts, focusing on educating the Compass Agent Community about the benefits of contributing to the company's growth. The role is fully on-site at our Fort Worth office.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities to build our sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts. This includes direct outreach to prospective agents via cold calls, texts, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn campaigns. The role involves articulating our value proposition, handling objections, and creating qualified opportunities in the market. Collaboration with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders is essential to develop successful prospecting strategies. Additionally, the role requires meticulous documentation of all activities within our CRM, maintaining flawless data management, and driving active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, such as in sales development, customer success/service, direct sales, or account management. Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to solve complex problems without direct supervision are essential. Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities to handle multiple deadlines, and a proven track record of excellence across strategic and operational responsibilities are also required.

The base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with potential bonuses and restricted stock units as part of the compensation package.
