Sales Development Representative

The Strategic Growth team serves as the company's face and drives market expansion. As a Sales Development Representative (Strategic Growth Partner), you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and contributing to the team's success.
In this role, you will be responsible for building the sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts. This includes reaching out to prospective agents via cold calls, texts, emails, and integrated marketing campaigns. You will articulate Compass's value proposition, handle objections, and create qualified opportunities in your market. Collaborating closely with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders, you will develop successful prospecting strategies and document all activities within the CRM to maintain flawless data management.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and has over two years of relevant experience, such as in sales development, customer success, direct sales, or account management. Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills, a positive attitude, and natural leadership qualities are essential. A self-starter mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously are also required.
The base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and restricted stock units.
