Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative at Pave, you will play a pivotal role in our go-to-market strategy, engaging with HR and Finance leaders to introduce them to our compensation platform. Pave is dedicated to revolutionizing compensation management by providing real-time data and insights, empowering companies to make informed pay decisions. This position offers unique exposure to founders, investors, and industry leaders, contributing to the future of compensation technology.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating new business sales cycles with prospects to expand Pave's compensation network. You will utilize various channels, such as cold calls, LinkedIn, and email, to connect with target personas. Additionally, you will deliver a fast and high-quality experience to inbound prospects interested in Pave’s software platform and partner with Account Executives to strategically map accounts and deliver relevant, engaging content.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong track record of consistent success across academics, athletics, work, or internships. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented settings is essential. A high level of curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to learn are also important. Candidates should have a history of taking initiative, proactively solving problems, and driving measurable impacts, as well as a natural aptitude for seeking feedback and continuous professional development.
Pave offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000 and a variable component of $30,000, totaling an on-target earnings (OTE) of $95,000.
