Sales Development Representative

ROLLER is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. As an SDR, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in expanding our sales pipeline. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, and reports directly to the Director of Business Development.

In this role, you will manage and qualify inbound leads from various marketing channels, ensuring prompt and efficient engagement with potential customers. Your responsibilities include creating positive first impressions, reflecting ROLLER's commitment to exceptional service, and generating new business leads through calls and emails. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives to facilitate seamless handoffs and contribute to the overall growth of the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is based in Austin and thrives in a hybrid work setting. While 1-2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS SDR role is advantageous, we welcome individuals who demonstrate potential, drive, and a passion for sales, even if they are new to the role. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, familiarity with qualification frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT, and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot are highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and team members.
