Sales Director (MEA & CEE)

The Sales Director (MEA & CEE) at OneTrust is responsible for leading a team of Strategic Account Executives across the Middle East, Africa, Central, and Eastern Europe regions. This role involves driving sales performance, engaging with C-level executives, and fostering a culture of sales excellence within the team. The Sales Director will conduct regular business reviews, coach the team to execute account plans, and develop comprehensive multi-year account plans to meet or exceed customer objectives.

The ideal candidate is a proven thought leader with significant experience in the software or platform (SaaS, PaaS) space. They should have a strong background in value-driven sales environments, experience coaching and developing salespeople at all levels, and possess strong analytical and presentation skills. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment is essential.
