Sales Enablement Program Manager
The Sales Enablement Program Manager at Ridgeline is responsible for developing and managing the company's sales enablement content ecosystem. The role also involves developing field-facing sales assets like sales decks, one-pagers, and competitive positioning materials. Additionally, the manager will establish content governance standards, manage a centralized content repository, and design assessments to validate learning and improve retention.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, instructional design, or related roles within a B2B SaaS organization. Proven experience in developing high-quality sales enablement materials and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling materials are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage content systems with strong governance are also required.
The typical starting compensation range for this role is between $136,000 and $171,000 on-target earnings (OTE), with higher ranges in select locations.
