Garner Health is seeking an exceptional Sales Engineer to join its Revenue team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, the Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with sales representatives to effectively communicate Garner's value proposition and technical product design to high-value prospective customers. With support from Garner's Data and Product teams, the Sales Engineer will design solutions for new business opportunities and serve as a technical liaison for clients.

Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Garner’s Employer and DataPro products and clinical methodologies, serving as the subject matter expert during the sales process, conducting discovery calls, managing relationships with high-value prospects, and clearly communicating Garner’s capabilities and unique value propositions. The role also involves project-managing technical solution design and RFP responses to support critical new business opportunities, as well as staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to drive product enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting or technical sales, exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful platform strategies. The candidate should also be capable of managing complex projects and achieving results against tight deadlines, willing to take initiative to ensure company success, and preferably have experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment. A desire to contribute to improving the U.S. healthcare system and to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team is essential.

The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $210,000, with commission eligibility. Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health, and more.

Garner Health is headquartered in New York City, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
