Key responsibilities include monitoring the daily activities of Sales Promoters, ensuring the effective implementation of promotional programs, and verifying the proper placement of point-of-purchase materials in stores. The leader is also tasked with conducting field team training sessions and refresher courses to enhance the skills and performance of the Sales Promoters.
Candidates should possess at least a Senior High School diploma or a Diploma in any field, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Essential skills include strong leadership abilities, effective team and area management, excellent communication, and proficiency in marketing through social media. Familiarity with MS Office and Excel is required, and candidates must be able to work in shifting schedules.
