Sales Promoter Leader

Key responsibilities include monitoring the daily activities of Sales Promoters, ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores, and conducting field team training sessions. The leader is also tasked with overseeing the execution of area-specific programs to meet sales objectives and maintaining effective communication with store personnel.

Candidates must possess at least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of two years of experience in a related field. Essential skills include strong leadership abilities, effective team and area management, excellent communication, and proficiency in marketing through social media. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel is required, and the ability to work in shifts is necessary.
