Sales Promoter Leader - Cirebon

The Sales Promoter Leader position in Cirebon involves leading a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters to achieve sales targets within the designated area. The role requires daily visits to merchants to build and maintain strong relationships with store representatives, ensuring the successful implementation of promotional programs and the proper placement of point-of-purchase materials in stores.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the daily activities of the Sales Promoters, coordinating with partner operational teams to gather information on sales performance, competitors, and field issues, and conducting field team training and refresher sessions to enhance the team's effectiveness.

Candidates should possess at least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Strong leadership abilities, effective team and area management skills, and proficiency in communication and marketing, including social media, are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel is required, and candidates must be willing to work in shifts. The position is based in Cirebon.

The company offers a competitive salary ranging from Rp4,500,000 to Rp5,500,000 per month, along with benefits such as THR (holiday allowance), performance bonuses, and BPJS (social security). The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
