In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets specific to the Palu area. Your daily activities will include visiting merchants to establish and maintain strong relationships with store representatives, ensuring the proper placement of promotional materials, and coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitor activities, and field challenges. Additionally, you will oversee a team of approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters, monitoring their daily activities and conducting training sessions to enhance their performance.
The ideal candidate should possess at least a Senior High School diploma or a Diploma in any field, coupled with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Strong leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to manage both a team and a designated area effectively. Excellent communication and marketing skills, including proficiency in social media marketing, are required. Candidates with experience in sales within the financial services sector, such as insurance or mutual funds, are preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the flexibility to work in shifts are also necessary.
