Sales Promoter Team Leader

The Sales Promoter Team Leader at is responsible for overseeing a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters to achieve sales targets within a designated area. This role involves daily visits to merchants to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring the effective implementation of promotional programs, and coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitors, and field issues.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the daily activities of Sales Promoters, ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores, and conducting field training sessions and refresher courses for the team. The Team Leader is also tasked with ensuring that sales programs run smoothly and that targets are consistently met.

Candidates must possess at least a Senior High School diploma or a Diploma in any field, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Essential skills include strong leadership abilities, team and area management, effective communication, and proficiency in social media marketing. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel is required, and candidates should be able to work in shifting schedules.
