Sales Promotor Leader

The Sales Promotor Leader at Cermaticom is responsible for overseeing a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters, ensuring that sales targets within the designated area are met. This role involves daily visits to merchants to build and maintain strong relationships with store representatives, as well as coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitors, and field issues.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the daily activities of Sales Promoters, ensuring the effective implementation of promotional programs, and placing point-of-purchase materials in stores. The leader is also tasked with conducting field team training sessions and refresher courses to enhance the skills and performance of the Sales Promoters.

Candidates should possess at least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of two years of experience in a related field. Strong leadership abilities, effective team and area management skills, and proficiency in communication and marketing, particularly through social media, are essential. Familiarity with MS Office and Excel is required, and the ability to work in shifts is necessary.
