Sales Promotor (SPB/SPG) - Manado

Cermaticom is seeking a Sales Promotor (SPB/SPG) to join our team in Manado. As a Sales Promotor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our Paylater product, engaging directly with consumers to provide information and facilitate sales. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic sales team within a growing company.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include approaching consumers to inform them about the Paylater product, conducting sales transactions, and assisting customers with application processes. You will be expected to achieve acquisition targets, report daily sales results, and follow up on any incomplete application data to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and be no older than 27 years. A pleasing appearance, strong communication skills, and high initiative are essential. Previous experience as a Sales Promoter is advantageous. A strong commitment to working in sales and achieving company-set sales targets is required. This position is based in Manado.
