Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one year of full-cycle sales experience and documented closing success. Experience in a quota-carrying, commission-based role and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a coachable mindset, high energy, competitive drive, and strong organizational and time-management skills are also required.
